You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, email it to our support team later, or provide your doctor's contact information so we can verify it for you.

Can I put new lenses into frames I already own?

Yes! Our lens replacement service allows you to send in your favorite frames, and our lab will custom-fit them with brand new lenses of your choice.

What is your return policy on prescription eyewear?

We offer a 30-day fit and focus guarantee. If you have trouble adjusting to your new prescription or if there is a manufacturing defect, we will remake your lenses at no additional cost.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard processing and lab time typically take 7-10 business days. Once your eyewear passes final quality control, shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer blue light blocking and anti-reflective coatings?

Absolutely. All our lenses come with premium anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings. You can also upgrade to our blue light blocking technology during the customization process.

Can I use my FSA or HSA funds for my purchase?

Yes, prescription eyewear and lens replacements are eligible expenses. You can use your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout just like a regular credit card.
